Circa 4.45 Ha (11.0 acres)elevated non residential parcel of land approximately 3 km northwest of Roundwood village in the townland of Ashtown Upper in Co Wicklow. The property is accessed by a right of way over a rough gravelled lane from the public road which is shared by a number of residences and other land owners. No formal maintenance agreement is or was in place. The land is elevated, moderately to steeply inclined, laid out in permanent pasture and in four divisions. The land is fenced and there is no well or natural water supply. The property usage would be most suitable for livestock farming or possibly planting with trees. Its access, elevated nature and poor sight lines at the public road would suggest the prospect of planning permission for a residence would be extremely remote. The land would be attractive to neighbouring land owners or indeed a hobby farmer!
