Rory graduated with an Honours Bachelor of Agricultural Science degree from UCD and later earned a qualification in Auctioneering & Estate Agency from the Institute of Professional Auctioneers and Valuers. Since founding Fenelon Properties in 2009, Rory has consistently driven the company’s growth and success. His unrivalled expertise and deep-rooted knowledge of the local market make him a trusted authority on all matters in the industry.

Orla Fenelon – MRICS 

Senior Negotiator & Registered Valuer

Orla joined our team in 2017, bringing a wealth of experience from her extensive career in the residential industry, the global restructuring group at Ulster Bank, and the Office of Public Works [OPW]. With over 25 years of property expertise, Orla’s knowledge of the industry is unparalleled. She is a qualified Chartered Surveyor [MRICS] from DIT Bolton Street and is fully licensed and registered with the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors [RICS].

As the head of our residential valuations department, Orla ensures every property is meticulously evaluated. Additionally, she plays a crucial role in our residential sales department, providing exceptional care and attention to every property transaction. A long-time resident of Bray, Orla possesses an intricate knowledge of the local market, making her an invaluable asset to our team.

Sorcha O’Keeffe – BSc. [Hons] MIPAV

Negotiator & Office Manager

Sorcha joined our team in 2016 as part of the administration staff and swiftly advanced to become a negotiator & office manager. Sorcha holds a PSRA license and is a full member of IPAV. She completed a Higher Certificate in Property Services & Facilities Management at Atlantic Technological University in May 2022, followed by an Honours degree in Facilities & Workplace Management at the Portobello Institute in May 2024.

Originally from Enniskerry Co. Wicklow, Sorcha has a profound understanding of the local market, which makes her an invaluable asset to our team. With over ten years of experience in property management and estate agency, she has a proven track record in marketing, new home & second-hand residential sales, property management, and property services. Sorcha brings exceptional professionalism, organization, and expertise to every transaction ensuring the best outcomes for our clients.

Stephen O’Sullivan – BSc. [Hons] 

Negotiator

Stephen joined Fenelon Properties in 2019 and has developed extensive experience across the residential and commercial property markets in Wicklow and South Dublin.

With a background in construction and property, Stephen holds an Honours Degree in Construction Management from Dublin Institute of Technology, together with a Higher Certificate in Property Services & Facilities Management from ATU. He is also a fully licensed PSRA property professional.

Originally from County Wicklow, Stephen has an excellent knowledge of the local property market and the wider North Wicklow area. He is actively involved in residential and commercial sales, lettings and valuations, providing clients with practical, professional advice throughout every stage of a transaction.
